Okay. So Warped Tour was kinda fun. It was my first time going so I really didn't know what to expect. Mostly, it was just really hot and dusty but there were moments that made it worthwhile. Most of the bands sucked as the line-up this year wasn't anything like other years. A couple bands put on really good shows though. My personal favourite was Reggie and the Full Effect. They were one of the only bands that seemed to interact with the audience. James Dewees actually played his keyboard in the crowd for most of the show. Plus, they didn't take themselves too seriously. I mean, they played a Slayer cover. Anyway, here's a pic I took at that set. Fortunately, this pic is better than most of my other shots.

The only thing that sucked about Warped Tour is that I didn't have the endurance fot it. I crashed in the shade for an hour or two and missed some bands (that I didn't really want to see anyway) like Offspring and Transplants. Plus, some of the bands I wanted to see were playing at the same time as others. I missed Halifax when I went to see Reggie & The Full Effect. Also, we were a little late getting in and missed Motion City Soundtrack.
I'm not sure if I'll go again next year. Don and I were talking about going to see the Montreal Jazz Festival instead. It would probably be a more fulfilling experience. Plus, the girls there won't all be underage. Although some of those punk chicks were pretty hot.

And yeah, now that I'm actually 18, I forgot that I have to think about the whole legal girl stuff. ;_;
Anyway. Good to see you writing, Morb.
